Stupid question about buying a bike with no license...

So I don't have my license yet, but it looks like I'll be buying a bike here soon, the problem is that the bike is far away, so ill most likely have to drive it home. I know you have what like 48 hours to get insurance, what about a license? I plan on getting it when I get back or the day after, but right now I don't have a bike to take it on. I assume if I drive it appropriately, don't speed, and everything then I shouldn't get pulled over..but just in case??

I know its a dumb question, but I figured I'd ask.

No learners permit I would go to the Illinois section and ask someone there, they will know the local law. Otherwise rent a trailer or risk it.

Well I was told from my buddy who has been riding for "ever" as he puts it not to drive on the interstate as a "first time rider" because of the potholes. Maybe I'll take his advice and try to get my bros truck or something.

But otherwise, how many people get pulled over while dsoing the speed limit and not breaking the law? :

Re: Stupid question about buying a bike with no license...

what happend to me was i had an r6 that i rode around with no license for a little bit didnt get pulled over till i floored it one day to catch up with traffic, got clocked and stopped. just dont drive aggressive, and i mean fast speed or fast acceleration, wait till u get ur license do to that anyways because wether you are experienced or not, you always learn more when you get the license
