Ever heard of people who are comfortable with their sexuality? I'm certainly comfortable with mine. At her age, in most states (mine in particular) she has reached the age of consent, at least by legal standards. Judging by her maturity level, I'd say she reached the point of being able to decide whether or not she wants to post pics of herself on an internet forum.

And.. I don't ever recall her saying that she was innocent either. Not that that's a bad thing.

Damn I didnt mean to make you upset GSXR Chic. I think you took all this a little much to heart. I was just trying to get everybody to wise up a little bit. Ive seen a lot of **** and seen a few lives get ruined because of a #. For Black600rr, i said she cant be that innocent to act like she wasnt jail bait like she said in her former post and age of consent isnt what you think it is. You should go back and check up on the law because I too live in NY. Age of consent is how old the person has to be in order to **** a person a few years older than them. I said a few because the exact number varies from state to state with SC being the youngest age of consent of 15. In SC a 15 year old and a 20 year old could ****. If you have the parents permission then even younger than that and that depends on the state too. Age of consent does not mean they can **** anybody just a few years older. Once they are 18 though they can **** whomever they want to.

I look at it like this.. if I make the choice to have sex with someone who could possibly turn me in for nailing them, it means I trust them enough not to do that. Parents however, are a VERY diffrent story. Im pretty sure in most states that they can press charges whether or not the daughter consentually had sex with an older guy.

My boy James Pots. Hes in jail right now and might be going to prision soon for not even doing anything at all. He had a party at his flat a couple months back and those 2 girls showed up. They said they were both 21 and so we served them everclear and got wasted together. Turns out one was 17 and the other was only 15. They went down to the police station late that night and got warrants out on my friend James. I was around the whole night.
