I like to do the right thing after riding. Depending on whos there, sometimes before and during also. I primarily rock glass, because I dont know much about seeds either. But if someone else is supplying, the b is on.

I do, before I ride a lot! It's better cuz you don't over analyze & think about your moves. If you just do it, & go for it, you won't mess up. Well it works for me.
