This is a tough one to do. I have used cinnamon tooth pics and have use mints too. You make it through the first two weeks you about through the though stuff. Then after two weeks stay the hell out of any place people drink and smoke cause if you go to a bar your going to relapse It takes like a year of non smoking before you can get close to a bar and not fire up a cigarette.
