is that the ebay **** you bought? Did you ever send him a message asking if you were getting the title along w the frame? I dont think you did. i know he said it had a clean title but that doesnt mean youre getting the clean title along with it - especially at that price i woulda asked a ton of questions.

i asked him about the title, if it was clean or salvage .. he said clean and its exactly what i want... its still in my ebay messages.... i emailed him just now asking if he sent it seperate .. i highly doubt it... should i dispute it today? doesnt paypal hold the money for 10 days or something?

 

first of all me and a few other people all told you to make sure it came with the title and second of all are you sure it doesnt ? you dont want to file a claim if it does come with a title

• The 03-06 CBR 600RR , 03-05 Yamaha R6 ,03 04 gsxr 1000 and the f4i pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position! !
• The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
• THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
• All other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.

i hate people that will only contact you through email , i am going back and forth with this guy about prices for steel and it is taking forever through emails , if we were on the ******* phone this would be a 5 minute conversation but instead i have to ******* wait for him to check his email and then reply ....pissing me off for over an hour now going back and forth

thats your problem - he didnt say the clean title was coming with it - he just said its a clean title. the auction didnt say anything about the title coming with the frame. You shouldve definitely asked him if you were receiving the title along with the frame. Start a dispute RIGHT AWAY so they'll freeze his account. I forgot exactly the order but you can escalate it to a claim right away by saying he has ignored your emails and if it comes down to that you say you emailed him and he never got back to you. This way if he has any money in his account they'll freeze it. BUT if he's smart that money is gone already and then youre probably fucked. I withdraw money from my paypal account pretty much every time I make a sale - and not coz im planning on ****** people but thats the reason you sell **** - to have money.

I got a guy from ebay who I buy aluminum tubing from and his prices are cheap. I could get you his info if you wanna talk to him and see if his numbers are better than what youre getting? Good seller from the few experiences Ive had w him already.
