Well the 636 is doing better with the overheating problem but I don't tnink is sloved yet. Its got a new thermostat now and it helped but still runs too hot

It was a steady 215 all the way down the highway at 75+mph but jumped to 235 when I got on to the side streets for about 2 miles.

Low 220's the fan starts up and yes it does seem to get hotter. - need to check to make sure it is not hooked up backwards. I get coolent flow at about 140 like it should with the cap off.
