- The 03-06 CBR 600RR , 03-05 Yamaha R6 ,03 04 gsxr 1000 and the f4i pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position! !
- The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
- THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
- All other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.
- omr subcages are available for all makes and models but only the ones listed above are available for shipping

Re: Omr subcages !!!!!!!!!!
If you could refi with little to no cost then do it. But if the cost will be high then its not worth it (which I dont think it will for you). You should do a cema for the mortgage tax which allows you to not pay it again. In LI I think its .75%. I dont know what your mortgage is but a 150k mortgage at 6% for 30yrs is 899. At 4.9% its 796. It would probably take 2-3 years or so to make back your closing costs and then you got 27 years of savings

Re: Omr subcages !!!!!!!!!!
is there a law against drafting in florida? i notice the truckers here dont do it much. up north its rare to see a truck on the highway without another truck 20 feet behind it. during weekdays you'll see a line of trucks drafting a mile long on the expressway

Basically you paid .75% in mortgage tax when you bought the house. When you refi if you dont do a cema you'll pay the taxes again. In NYC its 1.75% so its a big amount. Its not as big on the island but still almost 1%. Basically you're just assigning the mortgage tax from the last mortgage to the new one. I doubt youre looking to take cash out but in instances where people take cash out they only pay the mortgage tax on anything over their last principle balance (new money). In your case if you did a cema and your balance was 150k, you would save $1,125 in closing costs. Definitely worth it to do it and all "big" banks do them. If you have any questions or need any help lemme know but it is something the rep at your bank should handle

Im out. Welder and then whoolies
Ill drive my truk later
Re: Omr subcages !!!!!!!!!!
lemme rephrase that - a broker would handle it. youre probably going to a direct lender so they probably wouldnt wanna deal with it but someone at the title company should get the ball rolling on that. Also make sure you ask for a reissue rate for the title insurance. That'll save you a couple hundred bucks. By law, if you recently took out title insurance they're supposed to give you the reissue rate but the majority of the time they dont so they could collect more money. If I think of anything else I'll let you know
