Don't get too skinny. Stay a little thick. Girls who were always bigger look weird when they get really skinny.

it sounds like she didn't give herself enough time to get used to eating smaller portion sizes, also, I eat small meals like every 3 hours. I don't do the traditional 3 meals, I eat when i'm hungry.

and as to 6 days, I was bound and determined to lose the weight.

Just keep it in check. If you gain 5 pounds stop eating the BS and get back to the gym (after your knee heals of course)
It's true. I know a few girls who lost too much weight. They would look better 10-15 pounds "overweight"

I feel a million time better than I did. What I would like to do is get one of those weight suits like the do on the reality shows to see what I was walking around with before I lost the weight.

I take back the 150-160 recomendation. After looking at a height/weight chart you should shoot for 155-170.

it is easy to do that, but something as simple as walkin can help keep you on track. I walk at least 4 miles a day and that helps me keep the weight off

It's true. I know a few girls who lost too much weight. They would look better 10-15 pounds "overweight"
thats what I worry about... loosing all the weight then gaining it right back. I think it all depends on our outlook. I dont say I'm on a diet, I say I'm on a lifestyle change.

that would be really crazy to see. I dont know how I'd feel about that either.

Once you get where you want to be just get back at it hardcore if you gain back 5 pounds. Remember all the hard work it took to get there.

143-163
This is the actuall chart, but you would probably look better 160-170.
