I normally ride with my steering damper. Its leaking so I took it off and wasnt used to how loose the front end was. I popped it up and dipped into a SS circle and it was wobbling like crazy. I dont know from there - I blipped the gas and the **** flew out from under me and flipped a couple of times

im fucked with this tho. If I get it welded like the last one I know it wont last long. Mike said have the welder put some gussets on it and make that **** strong. that sucks man .....i would put the sliders from a regular frame slider kit on there some how , they are super soft and take alot of the impact ..

Tech
  • The 03-06 CBR 600RR , 03-05 Yamaha R6 ,03 04 gsxr 1000 and the f4i pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position! !
  • The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
  • THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
  • All other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.
  • omr subcages are available for all makes and models but only the ones listed above are available for shipping

Regular frame sliders would fit into the SI cage Hmmmm. Ima order me some frame sliders then. Nah - the rubber spacer idea isnt a good idea It sounded good to me but what do I know You got any other ideas coz this sucks. Ive seen people toss their bikes and they dont always crack motors like I am Mike said he thinks my frame is bent coz we had a rough time getting the motor in the last 2x. Maybe the frame being bent is making it crack easier.

And then my boy says - I told you not to drop your bike like I wanted to drop it.

the regular frame sliders won't bolt right up to the si but if i were you i would find a way to make them work like maybe having a plate welded to the cage that you could bolt a slider to and if the frame is tight at the motor mounts you should just adjust the spacer to make it fit better ..
