They got laws in the works this session to outlaw smoking in your car...WTF??? its my ******* car....They have already outlawed smoking in bars and restaurants -25 feet from the door or more you must be. parks and hwy rest stops. most cities up here you can't get a smoking hotel room earthier..


Not that the smoking laws are why I want to move but its a growing pattern of this type of stuff.. The nanny state... We will keep you safe because your to stupid to do it yourself....

Why when the tax payers are spending ruffly $10,300 per kid a year can they not teach them **** and still ask for more $$$??? 30 kids to a class thats $309,00 a year per class. add up all the rooms in the school and well I dont want to think of how much it is.

It will most likely and most peeps wont care.

When they did the n/s in bars they first said if they made a "smoking room" with separate air systems it was ok..... 2 years later it was a total ban... The bar I "used" to go to spent 175k on the smoking room just to have no need for it.... What a wast of $$$ thanks to the state....



Since I drive all over the place for work I often end up in small towns with like 30 peeps in them 200 miles away from the big city, and think Gee I bet they could give a **** less about most of the B.S. that gets passed as law nowadays.. What the hell is farmer Joe gonna do with an electric car?? or a smoke free bar??

 

End rant.....for now....lol

 

here in aust you cant smoke in bars clubs or any public out door restaurants which i think its ******* awesome

But if there was a big public demand for a smoke free bar or club someone would have opened one up to make a $$$ or 2. You can choose not to go to places that you don't like.

 

Its law in a few (3?) states now. But I think its only when you got a kid (18 years old or less) in the car too.. But what if the 17 year old smokes?? ... Here in MN they like to do it big and set trends

around here they get around the no smoking in bars by calling then private clubs , there are a few that even advertise smoker friendly

as long as the subframe is set up like the stock one it will , a few people with scrape works subframes run my subcage but i don't know for sure if any of them are 04 05 gsxr's so i can't say for sure it will but it should
