Yeah pretty much, egg whites and turkey bacon for breakfast, chicken salad for lunch and grilled chicken breasts with brown rice for supper with a yogurt or a banana in between each meal.

I like it really cold when I sleep. I bought one of those thermostats that you can program and installed it myself. I have it set to like 55 when we aren't home or are sleeping. I have go up to like 64 or 66 a hour or so before we get home/get up. I'm sure 66 is still too cold for most people, but it's fine for us most of the time. If it's too cold, we just bump the thermostat up some more or turn on the fireplace!

I am off work tonight, so it doesn't really matter when I sleep and when I am up. I went to bed around 0330, so I am up.

Im 6'1" and its perfect for me with the seat all the way back. Im also only about half your width so that probably makes a difference. The people who sit in the back of mine are only 3 feet tall. Little *****.
