Re: Omr Subcage !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i'm really hoping a couple of things happen at once: 1) my son gets accepted into his sister's school so i don't have to pay daycare which is over $450/mo, and 2) that i get that big raise. those 2 things would give me an extra few hundred dollars in hand and i'd be able to catch up without having to get an extra job for so many months. might still have to for my a/c but that would only be for about 3 months.

Re: Omr Subcage !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

paying off the bike is gonna help me stabilize my monthly budget. my job is putting 5 grand towards my school loan and they plan on doing that every year, provided its in the budget. if u make additional payments such as the one my job is about to make, then that goes towards future monthly payments, meaning i won't have to make them. so what i think i'll do is stop paying my school loan and let my job pay that every year. that'll free up another $200/mo.

then again, i think my job wants me to keep paying towards it in order for me to qualify. so what i'll do is only make $20-25 payments every month

honestyly i don't know, it was tweaked enough that villa gave it back and i gave him his $50 back .... pm him and ask him how bad, he's a cool guy ... i can't really tell without being able to mount it .... you can have it for $10 plus shipping ... but no guarantees, I don't want to screw you over

well, in my parish i'm tax exempt for the first 75k's value of my home. they valued the homes in my area at 100k (even though they sell for a bit more) so i had to pay taxes on 25k. i paid $253. so i guess about a $1,000 for every 100k of the property's value.

man, several months ago i was paying extra towards my house which added up to 3k yearly, only had 1200 in CC debt and was being paid off, had about $250 left over after every pay check, etc. now i have NONE of that ****. i'm just barely making it and have over 5k in CC debt, which i'm about to cut down to half with my tax return.
