i dont know how much experience you have dating teenage girls, so i apologize if im telling you something you already know. Whenever teenage girls lose a valuable relationship, they go out and get raped. Its a desperate plea for attention, and it happens all teh time. I remember how pissed i was teh first time one of my xgfs got raped. i went to kill the guy, and I listened to his side of the story, and it made a lot more sense than her side. By the third time one of my ex's got raped, i didnt even care. Go read kelms bw thread from a couple moths ago.

Damn bray thats fucked. Don't do anything dumb though. It's not your family, don't feel responsible to protect her, it's not your fault. You may not feel that young still but you are and if you do something irrational it could ruin your whole life - and it's not worth it. That loser deserves to rot but she also put herself in a bad situation by taking drugs and drinking. I'm assuming she filed charges on the dude? It should be an open and shut case if there are witnesses. Let him rot in jail.
