I think I have a vacuum leak going to the left hub, probably just a dry rotted line

 

yeah, they just have the vacuum control .... otherwise switching to 4hi with esof would be pointless, i would still have to stop and manually lock the hubs - the tcase would engage but the front axle wouldn't lock out ....

• The 03-06 CBR 600RR , 03-05 Yamaha R6 ,03 04 gsxr 1000 and the f4i pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position! !
• The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
• THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
• All other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.

really? well i guess up there you can huh .... i don't want to lose the mpg and i hit the eway and go over 65 everyday unless there is a lot of snow ....

 

I hit the highway too. But I also used 4wd every day for about 3 months. It didn't really affect my gas mileage. I was down 2 mpg from summer which is expected anyway.

jeeps like mine have them permanently locked. as long as you have a differential, and a selectable transfer case its no big deal. A few guys on the jeep boards tried converting to warn locking hubs and they both reported no noticeable difference in fuel mileage

 

ESOF is stupid anyways .... don't know why all 4wd vehicles don't have the good old reliable shifter

 

Does your front driveshaft spin all the time or is it vacuum actuated? That's how my F150 was. I'm pretty sure my Avalanche is too.

 

I was a little worried about the buttons but I get Auto 4WD with it. It kicks the front in if the rear starts to slip but is normally in 2WD. It's nice when the roads are just a little bit slick.

I think they should all be that way. Sure, it's a little more wear and tear but the vacuum bullshit always causes problems.

 

i drove a few cars (my dads blazers) with esof. Never had any problems with it, and I did use it quite a few times. That being said, Id much rather shift it myself too

 

I just want front and rear e-lockers. Overkill but so cool.

 

my dakota back in the day had vacuum bullshit and it did cause problems many times.
