• The 03-06 CBR 600RR , 03-05 Yamaha R6 ,03 04 gsxr 1000 and the f4i pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position! !
• The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
• THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
• All other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.

just installed a new to me motor off a salvage titled bike that was sitting outside for over a year. bike runs rough but doesnt start all the time. when its cold it'll start right up but as the bike warms up and my squidly *** drops the bike or stalls or whatever - when I go to start it again it kicks over but doesnt want to start. if you wait a couple of minutes it'll eventually start. omar said possibly the starter going so i took the old starter out and am gonna put the one off my old motor in and then see whats up.

sounds like a electrical issue to me

maybe check the stator and the rectifier also. my f4i did that i changed the rectifier and it was all good

ok when you try to restart it , does it turn over slow like a dead battery , or normal ?

 

the problem only happens when the bike is hot

 

he told me it labors when it's hot

 

to test , use jumper cables from the batt , or a battery charger. neg lead to the starter case , positive to the wire terminal ..... but i doubt that the problem

thats when mine would not start and i changed the rectifier. check the rectifier when you get the bike running and get it hot before you check it

 

so like the starter is heat soaking ????

 

If it's turning over fine but won't fire, how can the starter be the issue?

 

testing the starter with no load on it and cold will likely not show any of the problems even if it is the starter
