i think most health food nowadays is full of hype. we're eating meat just like the generations before us and we're okay. we hear, "This can cause cancer," then we hear, "People are living longer nowadays." Which one is it? all this organic **** is nothing but a business. they're making people scared as **** of germs and all kinda other **** to sell ****.

 

I never tried any of the organic ones before either. Usually don't eat much cereal. I love omelets for breakfast or usually keep bagels in my office and have one there with fruit.

 

Never know. But there are a lot of studies that correlate estrogen in milk to malabsorptions, prostate and testicular cancer, and heart disease. All the milk I drank could be the reason I got sick a lot. Never know though.

i'm sure a couple before us have. and if they didn't ours did, and like those studies say, "People are living longer now." too much bullshit contradicting and i really think they're just trying to scare people. i can eat healthy regular food and feel fine. the only reason i feel like **** is cuz i've been eating pure gaaabage for the past few months and not exercising.
