I used to be a caffeine addict. Mountain Dew mostly. I only drink water now and I'm not as tired as I used to be. I try to sleep 8 hours a night but I only slept 4 last night and I feel great.

because you eat like crap

you are probably malnourished man, and caffeine is only good in a small quantity to get your metabolism going in the morning after that it hurts your body

is your sleep good sleep? that makes a difference too

it really give's you insentive to train because you learn something new every time. And if you train on top of it you'll be in amazing shape.

I just started yoga again and it's crazy. I've always wanted to be more flexible and not worry about pulling muscles and i've already seen a big change.

i'm in bum mode now, so i don't know if i can get the motivation to keep it up.

i should get into that cuz my back muscles get so tight in the winter that some days i can barely walk or will be trapped in my bed due to the pain.

Re: Omr Subcages !!

my friend just burned me that P90X program & dvd's since i work out at my house... it looks pretty sweet. It's really intense though.

He did the whole program including nutritional plan with it and he's ****** ripped now. I thought it was just some tv scam crap like all the other ones

If anything else im def going to use some of the routines. I like that all you need is set of dumbbells and a pull up bar

just start out slow... it can be reallllllly frustrating at first. But if you stick with it for a couple weeks you see really crazy results.

the only thing is the routines are really long. Some over an hour. But alot of it is warm up stretching and cool down stretching.

If you have an hour - hr & half a day to devote to getting ripped i would look into it....

i looked it up online. seems like a pretty good plan, especially if it includes a nutrition plan. i should get back into the gym and try again. maybe change things up a bit instead of letting the frustration get the better of me.
