They are offering me the new version of my phone which has a lot of the same issues as mine and is also a year old model already or the Samsung ACE which is a piece of ****.

They originally offered me a Treo 800W which is like a $600 phone but of course theres no record of them ever offering me that.

At this point I'll take the ******* BB Curve which is the same price as the phones they're offering me but they're going to make me add the BB plan which I don't want to do since there's ways of using the BBN for free.
