i just realized that i can't upgrade to the G1, or my plan. i had a career goal set and said IF i reach it, then i'll upgrade. i didn't reach it so i'm not gonna get the phone. **** it. i'll stick with mine.

Go to the store and test one. Don't take the tech geeks word for it. Other nice thing is the OS upgrade 4.5 is out too - lots of sweet features in it like streaming multimedia support (youtube), updated blackberry maps with new points of interest, bluetooth stereo music capability, spell checking, lots of other sweet stuff that is probably more "work" related....

I just want to be able to come to Stuntlife and have it look exactly as it does on the computer and be able to get in the AdminCP and whatnot like I can on my Q.
A bigger screen would be awesome. Thats why I've been eyeballing the Touch Pro.

I like verizon... I had Sprint for 6 years and changed because my phone kept dieing. Been with Verizn since December and no problems thus far. I like how you can pay your bill from your phone, I couldn't do that with Sprint.

Feature based decision. On top of that Blackberry wouldn't put something out to compete with the touch screens unless it is top notch, think about their customer base, all the corporate big wigs want teh best, and blackberry usually comes with just that.

AMEN!!! Verizon fucked me over bad a long time ago, their technical and customer service departments. i got so frustrated i cancelled the contract early and told them to **** off with their early cancellation fee. they put that **** on my credit report but i didn't worry about it. i paid like 50% of it and it got removed eventually. small price to pay though, cuz i learned to NEVER do business with them again.

do you call customer service or just press a button on your phone and do it automated? i can do it automated with verizon, but with sprint i had to call customer service, there was no button to push on my phone.

gotcha. this is omitting the idea that it may have bugs in the beginning. 1st Gen phones are always ****.

sprint's customer service online and on the phone SUCKS... and they're online payment **** is always down.
Only good thing i can say about them is the phone i have with them is durable as hell, and i have service EVERYWHERE i go, and thats with a ic902 deluxe nextel/sprint hybrid
march it will be 6 years with them... im prolly gonna go to AT&T then
