Scott, every one of my friends that I went to school with between the ages of 25 and 32 that own a house are in the same boat if it makes you feel any better. Like I said something has to be done or the entire housing market will freeze up and break down worse than it is now.

that sucks. i got lucky i guess. then again, i don't see the property here going any lower than what it was. i think it has remained stagnant, despite the gossip of the houses going up 20-40k in value in my neighborhood. i ****** wish!!!

 

Basically I am fucked out of upgrading my house for a VERY VERY VERY long time. Everyone in my situation is. And there are a lot of us. Who won't be buying new houses for a VERY VERY VERY long time. Which ***** the people who are in 200-350,000 houses who bought them when they had kid for the extra room and as an investment to sell for a profit. Profit they were planning on as part of their retirement....... It doesn't just affect me so a bailout for people who got fucked isn't a bad idea.

 

My house is worth less than half of what I owe on it.

 

It can't be that bad everywhere. I know here, houses are selling for only a little less than they were when I bought mine 3 years ago.

 

wish i had some money. right now's a good time to buy some cheap rental property.

• The 03-06 CBR 600RR , 03-05 Yamaha R6 ,03 04 gsxr 1000 and the f4i pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position! !
• The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
• THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
• All other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.

i remember talking to some people who lived during the WWII era and they said their mortgage back then was 50 dollars. i know inflation has a lot to do with it, but damn, 50 bucks.

my uncle paid 14.000 for his 4 bedroom house in mass in the 70's

 

I could probably make $20k-$30k but I bought my house cheap. A couple was going through a nasty divorce and had to unload it fast.

 

Houses are still selling up here but they are taking much longer to sell. Nobody is dropping prices a ton for quick sales.

 

most people are buying forclosures here and not buying from regular sellers

 

i'm glad i'm not in a position where i have to sell my house. i'd love to move into something bigger, but i can't afford it right now anyway, so **** it. i'm staying put for a while.

 

the women in the cube next door are griping again. one wants to put a gun to her neighbor's temple and is cursing up a storm.

 

There really aren't a lot of forclosures up here.

 

My parents paid 30k for their house and its worth around 900k now I think. At its peak it was over a mil but now not so sure. We'll never see returns like that - ever

 

and some dude that's 18 is sneaking her high school daughter out of the house and making her skip school and ****, so she's pressing charges against him.
