Well you obvisiously dont know about michigan real estate. I bought a rental property 3 years ago for 50 grand rented it out for 850 a month for 2 years and a half sold it and made a nice profit. i would think if you bought the house for $1.75 that even if you had to put a couple thousand in to it to make it livable you would be able to rent it for more then the cost of maintaining it for a few years
