Plus you get the Blue Ray player - 360 had HD DVD which lost to Blue Ray
360 is notorious for ring of death (hardware failure) my buddy had 3 die in 1 year on him.
I would think they are gonna be on sale either day after thanksgiving or right after christmas. Just make sure you get the 80Gb hard drive version.
