my grandfather is 6'3 and over weight, ive been trying to cook for him to help him lose weight, but he refuses to eat anything i make (although he did eat the biscuits and gravy i made one morning). he and my grandma eat buffets almost everyday, im out of ideas because he is so stubborn and wont listen. i dont want him to have a heart attack or stroke, but ive tried everything i can think of.

• THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
• All other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.

if youre fat and only work out with weights you wont lose your fat - you'll have muscle with a bunch of fat on top. If you do cardio you will however you wont lose everything if you continue eating. I guess I should rephrase that too coz when he was talkin about working out - I was thinking weights and not cardio.
