so do you guys do 3 on 1 like the rig guys? do i need a degree to apply, im not lying when i say i pick **** up really fast and ive been working refineries since 02. if they are going to re-train me, whats the difference? my math and english are both up to college level.

i like my job, but i dont want to be fitting when im 60 like some of the guys at my work. i enjoyed being an operator and chemical engineer, but i doubt they will take me back with my driving record as fucked off as it is.
