OOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHH that explains it then
CJ was our version of scary gary. you could think up any trick no matter how hard, tell him, and he'd do it first or second try. Left and right too.
Listen to this kids record:
Learned to scrape in 1 day, dropped his bike (srad 6) twice in the process. 3 days later he shows up with a 900, learns no handers, along with seat standers, spreaders, hc, no handbrake of course. The following weekend he shows up with a handbrake, and is scraping all of the above, and doing SS circles. 2 weeks of riding time to get circles. Next weekend, hes doing nth ss figure 8s and rear peg combos while spinning either direction. Next weekend Jeremey tells him to step up and do some hco's, at the time no one was doing hco's, mark-mpz was the only person who had even attempted them. Well it took about 10 minutes til he had them on lock to the right, and the following week he was doing them both ways.
man if you told me cj was doing 1 handed spreader circles with no handbrake id believe it in a second. He quit riding cuz it was too easy. Word on the street is he got into track racing, completely dominated at that too, but crashed himself into $200k worth of medical bills one day.

Opinion on letter im writing to the job interview from yesterday
Hey Steve. This is Neal. We met yesterday for an interview. I would love to start with your company but before I come in I would like to disclose information that I did not include on the application. I have been arrested and convicted of a felony for unlawful duplication of computer related materials. Its a long story but I will just say that I did not do what I was charged with but did not have the money available to fight the case and took a plea bargin due to the circumstances. Basically I trusted the wrong person who then screwed me over. I was licensed by the NYS Banking Dept at that point and they were aware of the conviction and allowed me to keep my license (which I no longer have). I also have a certificate of release from civil disabilities which basically does not allow this conviction to bar me from licensing. To be honest now, the reason why I did not check off the "yes" box on the application is because I went on 2 interviews last month where I did check off "yes" with 2 smaller companies and they wanted nothing to do with me. I just assume that this will be the case at most places.
I apologize for not disclosing this on the application and possibly wasting your time. If you and your company can look past this I would love to come start with your company. I would even pay for the licensing costs on my end. I'm a hard worker and I know this market is different than what it was years ago but when I was on the phones constantly instead of managing a team I would close in between $75,000 - $100,000 a month in commissions with $121,000 being my best month in the business. I know with what you guys have to offer in terms of leads, marketing & support that I can make this relationship well worth it for the both of us.
Regardless of your decision if you could reply letting me know where you stand, it'd be appreciated.
