- The 03-06 CBR 600RR , 03-05 Yamaha R6 ,03 04 gsxr 1000 and the f4i pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position! !
- The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
- THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
- All other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.

if not, then yes, u positively can for the damages to the bike and pain and suffering. people do that **** all the time down here. for pain and suffering bullshit lawsuits, they normally get about 2-3 grand from what i've heard. thats after attorney's fees, doctor's fees, repairs to damaged vehicle, etc.
it got so out of hand here that they passed a law saying that if YOU didnt have liability insurance and YOU got hit by someone else, u lost the right to sue.

i got pain and suffering when i got hit by this mother ****** on the highway i just said that it was so traumatic for me that i didnt even want to ride my bike no more and that worked great

They said I might want to do PT if it keeps hurting like this, Plus I also have horrible PTSD from almost dieing in A car accident were my head went threw A window and I almost died from blood loss lol..That sucked! But How much did you get out of it??

yea i got that ptsd **** too from when i was in iraq but i got like 3k but it took me a while and my attorney worked his *** off just to get that but he payed my lawyer court cost bike repair, medical bills($14000)hahahaha the hospital got his ***, and then the pain and suffering

I was at A dead stop! I was at an intersection waiting to go and the bitch nailed me, She couldn't have been going to fast but it was enough to send me and the bike sliding forward almost into traffic.. I got right up and limped over to my bike freaking out hoping it was ok and asked some dude who got out of his car to help me pick it up lol It wouldn't start so I got really pissed off but then all the cops and **** got there and They took me to the hospital to check up on me..
Funny thing was the cop who first got there asked what happened and I explained that she rear ended me at A dead stop and he just go's "Yea, ok" Licence and registaration kid" takes my **** and go's and runs my plates. What A ******* ********...I ******* Hate cops. He treated the old lady like she was the victum and I was the bad guy lol...Retarded.

i will sell you mine my dads for $100, just because he sold my old Rm125 to some kids and never told me until i went to ride it and it wasn there anymore. you just have to pick it up. brand new tire and disc brake conversion.
any running bike is worth $700 and those things are a bitch to start. i hate having to jump on and give it a full kick.

hell yes you can, call an injury lawyer. my sister hit this guy in a range rover and him and his passenger both got $100,000 from my dads insurance.
+1 id sue their *** off, their insurance pays not them and i would file a complaint on the cop while im at it.
