i do alot of yoga stuff with jujitsu... sounds gay as hell but it helps so much especially for riding.

Tech
  • The 03-06 CBR 600RR , 03-05 Yamaha R6 ,03 04 gsxr 1000 and the f4i pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position! !
  • The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
  • THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
  • All other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.

I learned real quick last year with the fiddy that I would get hurt less often when I would stretch just about every day....That way you can bend joints in funny ways and your body don't pitch as much of a fit over it...

Yeah, already got another dirt bike that I don't use though lol. I don't really see myself using it much ever.

I wanted to start doing yoga for riding but have been sooooo lazy. Maybe Ill start doing that ****. I looked on youtube a while ago and they have vids intro to yoga and **** like that. once my back gets better ima start doing that **** and some of them there dynamic stretching excercizes.

hell yeah - ive gotten better with the highsides and catching the bike but a few times yesterday i got highsided and held onto the bike and felt it in my back fo sho. Now that I think about it I felt it a lot so thats probably what fucked me up Eh Ima start stretching and **** every day. Hopefully I could start tomorrow but if not by Wednesday I should be good

all the pic's are of stuff I seem to do...

I never looked at a chart.....I just started trying to stretch diff. muscles over time, and now seem to be doing all of them in the pic's....
It wont take to much time each day....rotate all of them on a 2-3 day thing....you will find after a bit you will just start doing them all with out thinking about it

I think stretching for arms and legs is more when you go flying and **** gets bent the wrong way and stuff
