I think it may be time for him to quit riding. In the time I've known him he's had like 4 bad wrecks... Theres only so many times you can blame it on the road lol

• The 03-06 CBR 600RR , 03-05 Yamaha R6 ,03 04 gsxr 1000 and the f4i pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position! !
• The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
• THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
• All other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.

as long as the floor and the door pillar didn't buckle i wouldn't even worry about , just get it fixed and pretend it never happened ..

 

she's probably gonna get a lot more than a DUI, she hit 4 other cars too and kept driving.

i doubt i can get anything back...it probably won't be worth the hassle to try either. i have some friends that i'm talking to, and they'll be able to let me know if it's even worth it. But i can't even get her info yet, the cops are making me wait until they finish the report.

 

i know she did dent and scratch the frame...the entire door panel is falling off...the whole driver's side needs replaced. there was fiberglass everywhere.

though from talking to the guy who towed it, he picked up an other vette earlier this month, and it was way worse, bent frame and everything...they didn't total it, just put it on a new frame.

 

unless shes seriously loaded, suing is pointless monetarily. It will punish her a little more tho, and if she has any priors for anything related shes gonna be looking at time in county.

 

i know that you know she did it but do you have any witnesses ? because the insurance company may try to get out of paying you any thing at all

oh yeah, a whole building full of neighbors and the lady who saw her that called it in to the cops.

and it will be in the police report since he car was all smashed up not far from ours...and the others that she hit. i figure because of what ours will cost to fix, her insurance will fight.

i am hoping she's still under her parent's insurance and her parents have money

doubt any one in NJ will insure her after this...or anything even reasonably affordable...she'll probably start being one of those people who drive with out insurance
