• The 03-06 CBR 600RR , 03-05 Yamaha R6 ,03 04 gsxr 1000 and the f4i pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position!
• The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
• THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
• All other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.

operating temp is 180 on the 1000rr. at lights it reaches 220 but on hot, hot days, and long *** lights, i've seen it go to 230. i dont like it that hot.

 

ive been running watter because it leaks out somewhere (i dont see any water leaks) and coolant is expensive

 

do you shut it off at lights? I do, not cuz of heat, more cuz of noise

 

It's a Honda, it will be fine, trust me. When the temp gauge starts flahing "HI" it's time to shut down the bike.
The system probably isn't getting pressurized properly.

 

Sounds like a good way to get run over.

My DRZ has mirrors. The F4i I would keep in gear most of the time hoping that I would hear tires squeeling and could do a quick launch to lessen the impact.

i think i'm gonna start looking aggressively for a used 4 door Tacoma at a reasonable price. i want the same generation Taco that i have now, which is an 02. if i wait until march of next year i can buy a new one but i really like the one i have.

 

heres one you can do instead: when you stop at a light, sit in the far left edge of the lane, even encroaching on the lane next to you. that way the idiots have a little room to go next to you instead of over you

 

i got a cool new pipe while in ATL. i had some flavored tabacco, a pain pill for my back, and 4 or 5 jack and cokes.

 

when i stop at lights i shut the motor off, and immediately put the switch back to Run. I leave it in first gear, and when the light turns green i hit the starter while giving it gas, dont touch the clutch at all. takes about a millisecond to get moving

 

thats what i usually do if i shut off the bike.
