from what i've read, the 400 and the 700 are modeled almost alike. i'd try an exo 1000 if i were u. if the 400 leaves u very dissatisfied though, i wouldn't count on the higher end ones being significantly better fitting. what's cool is they allow u to remove some of the padding for a better fit.

The main issues are the venting and the "quick release" shield system. I can't even get the ******* shield off.

I can't find an RX7 locally to try on. The profile fits and the quantum doesn't. I know the RX7 is in between so I have to try it on. I'm kinda lusting over the RX7 Jolly Roger right now. I found a local place that sells them for $525.

found my plug kit, and as always, the rubber cement is dried up. i actually found 2 plug kits, since the same thing happened to me last year. so today i'll be buying another one after work, and this time next year i'll have 3 plug kits without any good rubber cement

u can buy the rubber cement by itself. the container's a bit big though. i've had my small containers for a long time though. u sure ur sealing it tight enough? maybe u should keep it inside a drawer in ur kitchen so it doesn't go through extreme hot and cold as the seasons change.

it doesn't vent enough for you? I think my Exo 700 is more of a cool temperature helmet; not for hot *** southern summers.

i can take my visors off but it's not super quick. it takes just as long as other visors. u just gotta practice, i guess... but who the hell wants to practice taking visors on and off??

That's about as cheap as I'll find it. It's a $700+ helmet. Cheapest I've seen online is like $650. This place does 99% of their business on ebay. They just sell locally to **** off the dealers who rape people with MSRP. Their ebay prices are higher than what they quoted me.

my apt is 25 minutes west of my work, and my new house is 20 minutes east of work. So I go over there at lunch and fill up my jeep with boxes and crates full of parts then bring them home after work. I think on wednesday im taking the trailer over to get a couple shelf units
