I agree there, but up until actual bp (or farther) a bike would be more prone to flip with a lighter rider ..... for instance, high input on the brake very quickly for a rider that is 250 lbs may just let the bike get to bp due to having to lift that weight, whereas the same brake input with a 100lb rider would probably be too much and put the bike right over. A heavier rider can also put more counter weight into it by leaning back whereas a 100lb rider wouldn't have as much of an advantage in that aspect.
