Tech

• The 03-06 CBR 600RR , 03-05 Yamaha R6 ,03 04 gsxr 1000 and the f4i pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position!
• The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
• THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
• All other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.

he lives about hour and half away. He wants me to call him around noon to confirm im still coming. And he gets off of work around 2pm. SOO i'll have to go home, sleep till about 1130-1145 get up and call him, and then prolly head out around 1. hoping to get back around 4 or 5

im gonna be sooo beat tonight at work.

it was only stressful when people from the bank would tell me "no you can't pay off this guys mortgage, he is in forclosure"

that would **** me off so bad cause they clearly don't understand the concept of there job...lol

after i would tell that person that they were an idiot and to let me talk to there supervisor there supervisor would always sya to me " they told you what ??????" and then he would send me the pay off note because the bank saves money when the house is sold before it actually gets to the point of forclosure ...

the first idiot i usually have to talk to is just too ******* lazy and doesn't want to have to open the file that he thought he was done with , he is just waiting for the house to go to auction and it's out of his hands but if i want to buy the house before they actually forclose on it then that first idiot has to do paper work so they usually tell you no..don't take no for an answer cause it is usually a lie from a lazy person

seems like one of them things that you need money to make money type of thing. I think thats why i never gave that line of work a second look. People i know that do it say you can start with nothing and work into it, but i never read into it enough.

Do you need a license to do that stuff where you were doing it? cause i think here in PA there are all kinds of bullshit you have to do like permits and license's

 

none , you don't need a permit to be a private investor ....you are simply buying a house .

just because the person you are buying the house from is getting saved from having the bank take there house doesn't change any thing it is still just you buying a house from them .

 

oh and i started with nothing and every time i bought and sold my own home [starting with a trailer lol]i made a profit and eventually i was buying houses with cash , and then the housing market took a ****.............................................. ...........and now i build subcages...lol

it is getting close to where i will start buying again but i will probably have to live in my next purchase for a year or two and then i will be back in the game but this time im gonna put money into some thing else while im buying and selling ,omr industries will be my main investment once i get back on the ball with the preforclosures...i would like to expand and put more into marketing omr but im just not able to at this point in time

 

aaaah, would be sweet to start out with enough to get some good house's and a crew of mexicans to do the work

the work is easy if you just take your time and don't over do it , some people buy a preforclosure and spend waaaaaaaaaaay too much money fixing it up and then have to get top dollar just to make a small profit , i like to just clean up the yard fresh coat of paint and obviously fix or replace any thing that is broke or not working and i can sell for a good price quick and still make a good profit
