+1 on the debts but at least 5 of that is staying w me til i can find something else. With the trading you can start w a small amount but obviously youll earn less. If you could put 25g's into an account to start trading with and you know what youre doing, you could make a living til you could put more in and get paid.

You probably paid at closing but like cheeto said if you set up an escrow account for your taxes and insurance to be in your payment, you have to pay that monthly but 70% is high. Look at your note that you signed at closing. That will show you what your principle and interest payment is. That should match your statement for the next 30 years. Then check your taxes to see if the info listed on your statement is correct. I forgot what form you should check for that tho.

i dont know, i dont have any paperwork with me right now

at closing, the **** said my mortgage would be 950 a month, and the taxes would be 650 a month, so i was figuring 1700 per month all together. then at closing i had to pay about 3500 to the sellers because they had already paid the taxes for this entire year. So from that i figured my monthly payments would only be 950.

his mortgage company should have given him an itemized list of where his money is going. have them fax one, if not.

Nah just coz you paid the seller back that money doesnt mean that the mortgage co still doesnt collect. Theyre collecting now for the payments which will be due next year.

sounds like its ur escrow for the following year, then.

God, i can't believe u guys pay that much in taxes. i'm tax exempt for my house, thank goodness. but i pay a lot in insurance, not as much as ur taxes though.

what i dont understand is the insurance. u have to pay the entire year in advance, then they immediately start collecting for the following year for that **** too. i hate that. u dont get ur money until u decide to cancel ur policy, and by then, its 30 years later and the money's only worth enough to purchase a tank of gas.

+1 That should all be in your documents that you received at closing. If you signed **** and didnt look it over then youre fucked. If you looked everything over and it was all right then maybe the statement is wrong which sometimes happens. I would look over your closing docs first and try to see where theyre coming up w that number and go from there.
