i stopped spanking. i now do what they used to do us in Marine Bootcamp: I.T., Incentive Training. Pushups, flutterkicks, running in place with ur arms straight out and knees reaching waiste high, squats with hands on their heads, and jumping jacks with straight arms and legs and hands clapping at the top. i rotate the workout and keep them doing it for about 5 minutes or a little after they start crying.
if its something small, i make them do 10 pushups or so.

i'm hoping that once we get settled in the new house i won't have to spank at all. they were doing so good up until we left kansas...even when we were in florida they were good....but here they're out of control.

mike, thank niner and neal cause now i want to paint all 3 rooms different colors. lol.
ok alex says she wants pink with white trim.....easy enough.
austin wants white with blue trim.
and the downstairs lets do an off white color. i want to do a bright color cause that room is kinda dark and i don't want it to be like to obvious cave or anything lol

- The 03-06 CBR 600RR , 03-05 Yamaha R6 ,03 04 gsxr 1000 and the f4i pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position!
- The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
- THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
- All other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.
- omr subcages are available for all makes and models but only the ones listed above are available for shipping

listen to this ****.. my friend jeremy got just over a thousand dollars in tax returns 2 years ago. He was a full time student working 1 day a week, and he paid just UNDER a thousand dollars in taxes that year.

i can't see anti spanking pussies considering that as a cruel punishment. it's exercise so it helps them stay healthy.
hell yah, thats good. this is my last big raise for a loooong time if i stay at my current job. i'll get little $1500 or so raises every year but that won't be ****.

alex's room a soft pink color....austins room and the downstairs a white...but not so white color...it's called alabaster on sherwin williams website. alexs room will be trimmed in that color and austins room will be trimmed in a soft blue....surfin blue is what it's called blue click
