that's exactly what i say. it doesn't make sense to me. why in the hell would the mortgage loan start today but we can't stay overnight until friday....bullshit. supposedly we can start moving stuff in today.....but just can't stay there. i told him to find out exactly what the deal is today. to my knowledge mike didn't agree to anything, yesterday during the final walk through the guy said something to mike about thanks for letting him stay there until friday.....mike was clueless, a minute or two later mikes lawyer calls and says we can't stay there until friday mike is seeming ok with this and now questioning it, so i'm not going to.

what do people mean by living fast in NY anyway? i've been up there and and there were a lot of people chillin. only difference i noticed was there were more workaholics and clubs stayed open later. i have no drive to become a workaholic and i don't see why anyone would want to aspire to be some lame *** like that.

Standard real estate practice. If the buyer can't move in immediately the seller pays the buyer the monthly mortgage, taxes, and insurance divided by the number of days in that month times the days that the buyer can't move in after closing. You are getting fucked.
