Ok lets say "operation" in stead of corporation.

So, a big operation would never alter their product like you suggest. People would notice, and theyd lose their customer base almost immediately. Its not like toys from china that may contain lead paint, weed is a consumable. Many different hands get to inspect the product along its way to the consumer, most of those hands are professionals who will spot something wrong immediately.

denver is very different, when i went there to visit a friend in college we definitely hit some clubs, spent a lot of time in arvada - there were definitely hotties, there are lots of areas that i would refer to "hippie-ish"
