OMR SUBCAGE [subframe cages]
Re: OMR SUBCAGE [subframe cages]
which one are you getting??
**** maine....no one lives there anyways.
+1 thats what i was going to say.
i would have left 5 days before the storm when they said new orleans is going to be destroyed and under 20' of water.
i think it was a matter of economics. NOLA isn't a rich city. have this **** happen in maine. the people in san diego who had to be evacuated due to the fires had massive support compared to down here.
as far as the looting for bullshit like tv's, i won't offer any excuse for that. they were just stupid. even the cops here looted horribly. many did it out of survival though, including myself. after evacuating all NICU and ICU patients via helicopter to a hospital in baton rouge, we were left behind to fend for ourselves. after leaving the hospital, another parent and i looted a local rite aid for water and passed it out to some of the people in need. it was either that or no water, period. i'll do it a million times if it's my life on the line.

the bulk of this city didn't loot bullshit. the criminals stayed behind and the media focused on them.
as far as the superdome, it stunk like **** (literally) and also had no running water or supplies or a/c, and it was burning hot the days after the storm. those people needed to be evacuated and they'd been abandoned for days. plans to help them remained stagnant and no one was allowed to leave. what would u do in that situation?

- The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
- THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
- All other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.

but I told the lady at work I wanted to get my email. If I like it, I'll get the curve. If I don't like it, I may try an HTC. Oh, and I live in Maine.

Re: OMR SUBCAGE [subframe cages]
2) it takes money to evacuate. a lot who stayed were poor. most years, we get warnings several times a year. try blowing 3 or 4 hundred bucks every single time, 5 days before it hits landfall just to find out it went in another direction 2 days before it hit.
3) a lot of people who stayed had sick or elderly family members who couldn't leave or were sick or elderly themselves.
a lot of you talk as if its easy or have experience with this kind of ****. u don't. so stop criticizing a lot of the good who stayed here. i'd understand downing those who stole tv's and ****, but not everyone did that. a city also has more criminals than hick *** farm towns, so u can expect much more crime during chaotic times. i see now how the media misled a bunch of u ignorant *****.
