That sucks. Only thing Im glad about is Ive been riding 3-4x per week lately so thats why I'm making small progress. But youre better off waiting til you heal if its that bad so you dont hurt yourself even more and be out longer.

I've never been really good at anything in my life. I just settle for "ok". I don't really get stressed about anything. It's just a different mentality I guess.

Word up. Feels good to be at the top of the hill. I just need to get smoother and get more control. I wanna put my HB on and jump to seat standers but dont know if I should or not. I think that will make it easier for me to learn how to steer and control wheelies but if I listen to most people, they will say not to. Iono.

Ive never done 4th gear but in the street - or attempting street wheelies, I was rockin 2nd which since my throttle control sucks I was throttle chopping and it didnt look good at all. I tried 3rd the other day and it felt a lot better so I think Ima get 3rd down and then try to get smoother with 2nd. Or maybe I was just moving too quick for 2nd That and my throttle control sucks Iono. I'll get this **** figured out.

I hear you on that. I just expected a lot more from myself w this ****. I never thought it was easy coz I rode for 10 years before ever doing wheelies. But I didnt think it would take me this long either to get the basics on lock. I still have fun w it but when I get stuck, I get stressed.

ya know what? me too. but i've noticed that i've done quite a bit with my life. i went from an impoverished neighborhood, to joining the marines, then college, and gettin a degree that most people are scared to try and get. those two things are things that many are scared to even attempt cuz of the difficult lifestyle adjustments. plus, most people are scared to ride a motorcycle, worse yet stunt. i may not be great, or good for that matter, but i'm doing **** that most people will never even try cuz they're scared. and that makes me look back on my life and be happy that i'm doing more **** that i would have dreamed of as a kid growing up where i grew up. hell, most of the people i grew up with became people who arent doing much with their lives or became jailbirds, like neal, LOL
