You could take his ability to start threads ... I saw what you are talking about ... it makes more work for you and all the mods to have to constantly move move move threads...

i dont think it takes a rocket scientist to know that if you want to start a meaningless thread that it goes in the echo, not in the stunt forums... too many complaints about how this place is all out of control and people have to sift through all the bs threads to find out solid info on what they are lookin for ...

its a lose lose situation ... we either get bitched at because the forums are a mess or we get bitched at if we try to keep things a bit organized
