Tech

• The 03-06 CBR 600RR , 03-05 Yamaha R6 ,03 04 gsxr 1000 and the f4i pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position!
• The 01-03 GSXR 600 and 750 have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
• THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
• All other omr subframe cage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.
• omr subcages are available for all makes and models but only the ones listed above are available for shipping

my neighbor knows how to and he only uses a yellow book cover page to measure and adust the valve spacing cuz he said it's exactly the perfect thickness. we did it here on my boy's 636 and worked like a charm. motor stayed on the bike. neighbor's in jail right now though so i cant ask him for ya.

u work at a bike shop. why dont u ask the shop crew?

 

no just a feeler guage and the specs but you need to be very precise and make sure you are checking the clearance when the valve and cam are at the right position for each valve and you will need a shim kit

we didnt have any shim kit. omer knows more than me regarding this but we didnt use it and ours came out perefect. i wish i'd taken pics and written everything down.

I have my old motor to look and try it on that motor... :YEAH

 

if u get it down right, take a **** load of pics from beginning to end and do a write up, and send me the link or email. i'd ask my neighbor but i dont know when the **** he's gonna get out.
