when i turn it full throttle it puts the holes at the bottom and I can't see anything.

there's probably 35mm of frame before the bottom of that wheel thing where the cables go

Took it for a test ride too.....:YEAH

nope. Where it is now its at about 4 oclock. When I turn it it goes from there to 6 or 7.

well then hold the outter part of the cable with one hand and grab and twist the inner [part of the cable with your other hand and guide it in
