Tech

• The 03-06 CBR 600RR & the 03-05 Yamaha R6 pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position!
• The 01-03 GSXR's have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
• THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
• All other omr subcage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.

...I have been off SL for a while....obviously heard a lot about the above subgages (From Cheeto) but don't know a whole lot about them....can't tell too much from the pic....this is probably a total squid question...but is that a whole new sub frame??? and it so...what is it made of?

 

wait...i see it now....it just connects to the rear pegs huh? I can see how that would re-enforce the sub frame nicely....I'll have to get one for my new 636

hangers...

Its not a whole new subframe. The subcage replaces your stock rear pegs which can eventually break and I'm sure you can imagine what would happen if your peg broke mid wheelie. Basically it gives you a firm platform to put your foot on. If you push your rear pegs down with your fingers you can see that they will flex. They wont do that with the OMR subcage. The cross bar also strengthens your subframe. I'm sure OMR will chime in with his pictures and explanations and since its his product he'll explain it better than I will but just trying to help. I'll make sure he pm's you later.
