  • CBR F4i - 01, 02, 03 will also fit the single seat style with minor mods

Tech
  • The 03-06 CBR 600RR & the 03-05 Yamaha R6 pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position!
  • The 01-03 GSXR's have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section
  • THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lower and 3 inches wider (Than stock)
  • All other omr subcage models are in the stock location except they are rotated on their axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.

another thing ive heard is that there are sometimes additional leans on the house that get transferred, besides the old owners mortgage

thats why you use a title company and get title insurance when you buy a house ,they will make sure all leans against the house are paid and if they miss any thing they are responsable

Foreclosures are good right now because their at an all time high but like Niner said you have to get a good inspection so you dont buy a shitty house. The title insurance your attorney would order for you and its required by all banks. The inspection is not. If you find any houses that you wanna check values on let me know because I have a few appraisers that I'm cool with that'll do the research and give you an idea of value.

I'm getting ready to go on my vacation. Gotta pack and run some errands. I'll try to get **** done early so I could stop by but I really dont see that happening. I'll let you know though. But yeah I have appraisers who work in suffolk as well as nassau that I'm cool with. So when you find a crib you like get me the address and I'll give it to him. He'll then check what comparable properties have sold for so you can make a realistic offer. Sellers always try to get top dollar and most times they're way out of the range of what the house is worth. My girl is an attorney so she could refer someone for an inspection if you dont have one and help with the contracts if you need it.

My company was licensed in 16 states but I got rid of a lot of states we werent doing a lot of business in. I do have 2 companies that I cobroker deals through which is the same as doing it through me since I process the loans in house instead of them doing it. So the answer is yes I could do refi's in other states.
