ok and i'm back. the gym wasn't too bad. i just lifted weights though...no cardio. i'm going to hold off on the cardio until my foot feels better i think

Thats a good idea. If you **** it up even more you wont be able to do cardio for a while.

i know. sometimes i just do the bike and position my foot ok enough it won't bother me....but i still feel like i'm ******* it up by doing it regardless if it hurts or not.

Yeah I'm sure ur still ****** it up but the bike is a good idea. I dont know about you but the bike never does **** for me. I barely break into a sweat on the bike. I like running or the elliptical.

after 5 minutes i start to sweat....i hate to run so i'm not that great on the treadmill....the only machine we have somewhat close to the elliptical is kinda hard to do and the lady working there said it takes away your butt...i have no butt and i'm trying to get one so i stay away lol.

i landed at 12:30 this morning. rolled up a fatty in the jfk long term parking lot, paid 60 bux to leave then smoked it on the way home

well, half of it anyway. turns out with 1 am traffic, jfk is only 20 minutes from my house. ive only made it in under an hour once before
