i have to brive my daughter not to go to the school nurse...she's a little over dramatic and has a cough and thinks she's sick and the nurse will make me come get her early today.....so i'm using mcdonalds for dinner

i just started over a week ago...i've went everyday since. i loooove going. i NEVER thought i would, i'm so lazy. i can do 3 miles on the treadmill and have to stop and catch my breath...walking at the highest incline. i've always had a fear that i'm a complete fatass when i jog because it goes boom boom boom...but i just got over that...hopefully by the end of the month i can jog 3-5 miles straight.

si and mxd are both awesome
i think si is stronger than mxd, and is more resistant to roling over, but for clutching up tank wheelies, theres no good spot to hook your heels on the si
fact - you almost cant get an mxd cage anymore unless you live in socal

Tech [list][*]The 03-06 CBR 600rr & the 03-05 Yamaha R6 pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position! [*]The 01-03 gsxr's have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section[*]THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lowers 3 inches wider (Then stock)[*]All other models are in the stock location except they are rotated on there axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.[*]

tony prez and flavadavescbr hit each other last night at the spot head on..
dave was on the fiddy doing a wheelie and tony was doing a bunny hop and had just punch the gas ,dave got a concusion ,a broken right wrist and a broken left index knucke ..
the fiddy is twisted the front tir is jammed against the motor ,the bars are bent forward and all the plastic on the front broke..
tony's bike has some light damage like a bent rotor and his damper was turned but i don't think it was damaged ...tony was basicly un hurt he just flew over the bars and hurt his hip and shoulder a little
