breakfast - 4 cups of oj
lunch - 4 cups of pudding or lg milk shake
dinner - usually a few cheeseburgers in the blender with A1 sauce

it doesnt keep u full for long though. i've had shake meals before and after a few days of that **** i get headaches. there's nothing like a nice solid steak with grilled onions and potatos and some red kool aid to wash it down...
