ok heres what you do: 
remove the whole headlight harness. jump the TOS at the main harness, still R/W to Green
remove the left side switch pod and jump the clutch switch at the main harness. the wires will be G/W to G/R on the main harness
the best spot to keep the remainder of your wiring is under the airbox
