Tech [list][*]The 03-06 CBR 600rr & the 03-05 Yamaha R6 pegs are lowered and moved back and out for better peg position! [*]The 01-03 gsxr's have the pegs moved out two inches because of the big tail section[*]THE 07 600RR pegs are located 2-1/2 inches lowers 3 inches wider (Then stock)[*]All other models are in the stock location except they are rotated on there axis so they don't fold up unless you fold them up, this also puts your foot on the grippy part of the peg during a wheelie.[*]

i would never buy an fi they suck.....

as long as your motor mounts on your motor line up with your frame i don't see what that peice would do but im not there to really look at it so i don't want to tell you to throw it away .......

does it look like it does any thing......

 

Not sure. It's not like the motor mounts would bend since the engine is right behind is so I guess it doesn't do anything

does that part fit in between the motor and the frame or do the motor mount bolts hold it on from the out side of the frame

in the top pic i can see it is bolted to the out side of the frame but in the bottom pic i can't tell ,is the bottom pic taken with the motor out

the brackets are on the outside of the frame held on by the motor mount bolts. Really all I can see it doing is holding those brackets in place.

yep it has to be an after market part ....

if you get rid of it make sure the motor mount bolts still have enough thread to tighten down with that part gone.....

 

In the bottom pic the motor mount bolt is under the cage slider that I'm holding onto. The bar just bolts into that hole where the paint is peeling. There's nothing between the bracket and that bar though

those brackets don't hold any thing right

 

I have to get new ones because one wont reach with the cage and the other is bent
