my boss was cool as hell though. she always let us switch our off days and was very liberal with vacation time. this dude might not allow us to switch our off days, which i dont give a ****, i'm still switching to when i need my day off cuz i have kids and ****. its not like he can fire me. i practically have tenure in this bitch. plus i'm still young enough to leave this job altogether and go make a ton of money for a private oil company.

 

just don't quit unless you have another job set up already

 

yeah, thats the plan. but i also have my part time to hold me over in case. they'd give me more hours to hold me over. i always have a plan B and plan C.

yeah, but sometimes when i'm comfortable i'll just quit my part time, concentrate on my full time, and live without luxury for a few months to a year. it all depends on my comfort level. i'm lucky to have it like that, but i think ur arrangement is better.

my sister makes huge money and is behind on all her bills and is always sweating the end of the month...
