Im gonna put another fuse between th headlight and the wiring harness that way if the headlight ever shorts again god forbid itwill jus pop that intermediary fuse and not shut off the bike ya know?

 

no i dont know because i am not technically smart on how that **** works .. but, i do know how to change out the cdi box and install a headlight

you should probably check your wiring completely .. obviously there's a short SOMEWHERE or maybe something is loose

 

no its the headlight I know for sure its the headlight...when its on i blow a fuse when its off i dont blow a fuse...

 

then u need to replace your headlight ... or check the connection

 

i am gonna redo the connections...
